2. Services
TIBET Software provides digital product development, data analytics, AI solutions, system integration, and technology consulting services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are defined through individual contracts and statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TIBET Software and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the terms of individual project agreements.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
TIBET Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Prishtina.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
